Due to the fact that a number of officers have indicated that they are not prepared to stand for 2020 season, it has been decided to bring the presentation evening forward, when present officers will still be available to ensure that this will go ahead.
The following is the time-table due to take place from November onwards:
Pre-AGM Thursday November 7th 1.30pm start. All trophies to be returned for engraving.
Presentation evening Thurday November 28th at Sinclair B.C 7.00 for 7.30pm.
AGM Thursday January 16th at Sinclair B.C.1.30 p.m start.
Important please note any proposals for consideration at the pre-AGM will need to be received by the general secretary by October 17th. Any proposals after this date will not be accepted.
